HOW TO USE IT

1. INSIGHT ANTI-FRIZZ MOISTURIZING SHAMPOO: apply to wet hair, massage delicately and rinse thoroughly. Repeat if necessary.

2. INSIGHT ANTI-FRIZZ CONDITIONER: apply to lengths and ends after shampooing. Leave on for 3-5 minutes, then rinse.

3. ANTI-FRIZZ MASK INSIGHT: once or twice a week, replace the conditioner with the mask. Apply to towel-dried lengths, leave on for 5-10 minutes and rinse thoroughly.
